The above conversations were actually in Mandarin.
WORD OF THE DAY
LUNCH
The word ‘Lunch’ is pronounced as Wu Can (午 餐) in Mandarin
The words ‘Five Meals‘ are pronounced (literally) as Wu Can ( 五 餐) in Mandarin
Just a character difference but both are being pronounced in the same manner…LOL…
Everyone has their own way of expressing happiness.
~ Shahrukh Khan
This is my way of expressing our happiness for having such a lovable baby sister.
I do hope the humour within this tiny happiness of ours is able to reach out to all lovely souls out there!
Have a great Wednesday ahead!
Till then,
Cheers & TTFN~ 😀
Did you play a word? or just naturally that was how the conversation happened?
because i and my friends and my sisters love to play a word 😀
Yes my friend, that was how the conversation happened in our mother-tongue…
As a matter of fact, we were aware that she meant lunch…but thinking that it was ‘five’ free meal was more enticing…LOL…anyway, she did obliged to our little ‘fantasy’…hehehe
